Hi, I’m April, a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people achieve greatness!
My mission is to support you in fine-tuning your nutrition to achieve a healthy lifestyle alongside your performance objectives. This involves enabling you to reach the muscle/strength/performance/endurance gains you desire, while also aiding you in managing your eating habits and enhancing your overall health.
As an RDN, I aim to shift you from a “diet & exercise” mindset to an empowering “eat & train” approach, amplifying your performance and enabling you to achieve greater goals.
I specialize in collaborating with a diverse range of individuals, including everyday athletes, weightlifters, military/tactical personnel, endurance athletes, trail/road runners, powerlifters, Crossfit enthusiasts, hybrid athletes, and more—all joined by their shared pursuit of ambitious performance goals.
In my role, I tailor nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each athlete, ensuring that their dietary choices align with their specific goals and support optimal performance in their respective sports. Whether it’s improving overall health, enhancing endurance performance, promoting recovery, or fueling strength training, my expertise as an RDN is dedicated to empowering athletes to achieve their big and bold performance aspirations through targeted and personalized nutrition strategies.
When I’m not working with everyday athletes, I’m working with special tactical populations, where I play a crucial role in optimizing the dietary habits of individuals engaged in high-intensity and physically demanding occupations.
Whether it’s enhancing endurance, supporting muscle growth, supporting recovery, or maintaining cognitive sharpness, my goal is to optimize their nutritional intake to align with the demands of their high-stakes professions.
